The Art & Poetry of Mary Coleman

So I’ve taken it upon myself to do a drawing a day from November 1st through to the second week of December. The difference between Inktober and this challenge though, is that I don’t have to share every single day, just when I feel I have something I like. These are the drawings from Day 1 and 2. I’m only using one of them for my book. I haven’t done day 3’s drawing yet. My intention is the finish the last 20 poetry illustrations (so if I have those 20 before December 14th that means I will be done early). I will also write a poem every day with the intention of having 11 to reach the 110 poem goal for my book. Then I will be entirely done with my first poetry book!
