Today I took a break from painting because I worked on my new PPE work 7 days in a row last week and I don’t want to burn myself out. I may end up working a little bit on it when my friend is visiting today because we will be watching shows and I tend to work better if someone is with me. No pressure though.

I have introduced aerobic exercise as a daily thing now because my anxiety has been so bad and I’ve been getting so many panic attacks. My hope is that 20 minutes or more of moving my body a day will help with these issues. I’ll still do strength training twice this week, but I’ll also do a short run or go on the elliptical as well to get some aerobic exercise in. I’ve continued to meditate daily as a way to alleviate some anxiety in addition to exercise.

Something on your “to-do list” that never gets done.

Usually I am pretty good with to-do-lists and live by them. Sometimes I miss a thing or two on a single day but not usually several days in a row. I tend to get to doing something I missed the next day.

Things to do today (speaking of to-do-lists):

  1. Get 20 minutes of aerobic exercise in (running or elliptical depending on weather)
  2. Apply for work
  3. Water orchids
  4. Meditate
  5. Hang out with my friend for 2 hours
  6. Read 2 chapters of Dust
  7. Go on Instagram and like art by people I follow
  8. Take the dog on a walk weather permitting
  9. No sweets or ultra processed food. Get in at least 25g of fiber and 65g of protein.
  10. Cook dinner
