Today I did the other arm of the suited figure and his lower body. It took a long time as the suit is full of wrinkles and is much harder to draw than the body of the girl I did yesterday who is just in a loose sweatshirt. I did most of the work early this morning as I took the day off jogging.
I met with my counsellor at 10am. She was gone last week at a conference so I haven’t had a therapy session in two weeks. Mostly I’ve been okay, a few minor panic attacks that were handled well with a little Lorazepam, and some anxiety and depression. The anxiety and depression were situational, and I’m doing much better since Monday.
Sunday is the Columbia Gorge Marathon and I am doing the half. It should be a scenic run along the river and through the town of Hood River (which is super cute). An improvement on The Portland Marathon which was just residential and city streets. I got a little bored during that one. The last two marathons of the year are city runs, which I’m not as fond of as I am of scenic ones, but I can manage. That will be the final two runs of the year.
