I did not do Inktober today. Tomorrow I will do two drawings, but today I really wanted to focus on finishing my painting. All I had left was the glove and originally I split that into two days, but I figured if I put some extra time in today I could get it done. So I present to you, my finished painting (hurrah!):

I got my mammogram results back and everything is okay. That’s another year out of the way. I do have breast exams every six months, but those don’t make me as uneasy as mammograms do.
Tomorrow I am going to clean the upstairs and Saturday I think I will start a new project. I’m not sure what yet. Maybe the pied piper painting if I’m feeling inspired to do that, maybe the book binding project, maybe another PPE painting. The rest of October on the weekends is pretty busy so this is our last weekend at home. We are gone three weekends in a row starting the 19th.
I ran a 5k today with my friend. Tomorrow we are doing four miles together and Friday I will do four miles alone. Saturday I will do my ten mile run and that will be by myself. I should get a decent few hours in listening to my book and I will meet my goal of running 21 miles for the week.
Things I saw on my walk today:
