So today’s drawing is an improvement on my last drawing. I think I know the direction I want to take the blurring now. Not quite where I want to be yet, but getting there slowly. Very slowly. This series is still in its infancy so it could be significantly different by next month. We’ll see where it goes.
I like the poem I wrote. It goes with the drawing. I also wrote yesterday but yesterday’s poem wasn’t worth sharing.

So here are a few pictures from the walk I took this morning:

So as far as my New Year’s resolutions go, I’m on track this week. Worked towards all of them on Monday and Tuesday. Yesterday I didn’t adhere to one meal a day, but my calorie goal was still on target so I call it a win. Today I’ve gotten back to fasting.
It was incredibly hard to get myself to exercise today, but I did it. Took every reserve of willpower I had. It’s my 19th day in a row of exercising. It’s not gotten easy yet and I’m almost 3 weeks in. I’m really hoping this gets easier. By 4 weeks, my dietary changes were pretty much habit and at 3 weeks they were significantly easier. But exercise looks like it’s going to take a lot longer.
Social media is getting easier to do and less anxiety provoking. I’ve been adding lots of artists on Instagram and looking at other people’s work. It’s been inspiring me to do my own and share it with others. I’m at 1400 followers now. I try to add 7 new artists a day with the hope that at least some of them will add me back. If I can gain 30 followers a week, I will be happy. That’s 120 a month!
I’ve made significant progress on overcoming my panic disorder. I’m only getting around 1 panic attack a week and they are really mild and short lived (about 15 minutes). This down from getting one every other day and having it coming and going for 4 to 6 hours at a time. I’m nearly cured!
That about covers everything I’m currently working on.
