So today’s drawing is alright. Not my favorite, but it’s acceptable. I think I like them with a black background instead of a color so I will do that with my next drawing.

So I have been keeping up with my New Year’s resolutions; healthier diet, exercise, daily creativity, coping strategies for panic attacks, and I have added social media today. That means I will be working on all my New Year’s resolutions for the first half of the year from today onwards. So far the only one that is truly a habit now is my diet. I have really adjusted to one meal a day and it’s easy to do now. Exercise takes a lot more effort, creativity is hard to begin, coping strategies are difficult to get myself to do, and social media is hard to get into. None of those are habitual at all. They take a lot of brainpower still. I have hope though that these things will get easier the more I do them. I’m trying not to take any breaks and do them every single day as a part of a morning routine. I’m not perfect, I’m sure there will be days I miss in the future, but I can try my very hardest to work on these intentions every day, or at least get a few things done even if I miss some goals.
