For Inktober day 26 I did an illustration for a poem that included daisies in the imagery. I had never drawn a daisy before but it wasn’t too difficult. I wanted a black background because the poem is about death and unfinished business. Not the type of poem that merits a lovely spring backdrop. I included the poem below.

Running outside. Definitely. It’s not boring, it doesn’t take much coordination, and you can really zone out and just enjoy the scenery as you go. On particularly nasty days I will use our elliptical downstairs, but I don’t much like exercising inside unless I absolutely must.
