I like today’s drawing much better than yesterday’s. It doesn’t quite fit the poem I drew it for, but I still like it as a drawing. Yesterday I did a more appropriate illustration for that poem. But this one is a good Inktober contribution despite not working for what it was intended for.
What could you try for the first time?
I bought myself some oil pastels and a pad of pastel paper as a Christmas present. I am going to try them for the first time but I think I really am going to like them because I’ve always loved what people do with them. It’s going to be the material for my next series. I will work on it alongside my poetry illustrations for a change of pace. Have to wait until Christmas though.
