Today I worked on the right leg of the left figure. It’s slow going with all these wrinkles and folds to paint. Pretty much two thirds of the painting is wrinkles and folds (the boy between the men being the only figure with skin visible). The goggles and face shield will be a bit tricky to render, but I think I can figure it out as I go.

I have managed to keep up with Instagram. This time around I’m not trying to take on too much. Before I was attempting to comment on all the artwork of the people I follow. It felt really overwhelming and I started to avoid going on there all together so this time around I am commenting on art twice a week. I did add a few new people because I wanted to see some fresh artwork by people I haven’t seen before and share it with my followers.

Write about your first computer.

My first computer was a Dell that I got when I was 16. It had Window’s 97 on it. I had AOL for internet and my mother used to go mad because no one could ever call because I was always online using dial up. It lasted me about 2 years and then I got a Mac G4 Cube which was an infinitely better computer. I have had Macs ever since and currently use an iMac and an iPad Pro (for drawing). My husband is also a Mac person.

Things to do today:

  1. Up, water plants, brush dog’s teeth, drop off dog at groomer’s
  2. Strength training then wash hair
  3. Do Laundry and put it away afterwards
  4. Paint
  5. Meditate
  6. Read two chapters of Dust
  7. Go out for dinner and drinks with my husband
