Today I put in the background. It’s coming along and I’m excited to start painting the figures. It’s going to get boring, I know, painting all those folds in the PPE suits, but I’ll ride the motivation while I have it. Tomorrow I plan to start on the left and work my way down. It will take approximately 16 days (not all in a row as I will need to rest some days of course) to complete this painting if I break it up into small parts.
Here are the things I would like to achieve with the rest of this week. I’ll check back in on this Sunday afternoon to tally up everything I did.
- Finish Jane Eyre and read 6 chapters of a new book
- Paint for 6 hours (I have already painted for 3 hours)
- Go on Instagram 5 times and post my new work on Saturday
- Run 4 miles tomorrow and strength train on Friday (I have already run 2 miles twice this week and strength trained once)
- Meditate each day (I have meditated every day this week so far)
- Take the dog on a walk Thursday, Friday, and Sunday (Saturday she is at the groomers)
- Cook dinner at home tonight, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday
- Eat an average of 2000 calories a day
- Avoid sweets the rest of the week
What are your favorite sports to watch and play?
I do not like to play sports. It involves coordination and I am incredibly uncoordinated. Running is about as sporty as I get as it is just putting one foot in front of the other.
I do occasionally watch gymnastics during the Olympics because it’s neat to see the crazy things people can do with their bodies. It’s been a long time since I last saw the Olympics though.
