This week I plan to finish the drawing on my canvas. I’m going to divide it up into five days of work. Next week I would like to start the painting process. Ideally I’d like to be done painting this by the end of March but I’m going to Make April my official goal because I might get really tired of it and need a break to do something else for awhile.

This coming week I am going to add three intentions the first of which is to read two chapters a night before bedtime. The second is to improve my average calorie intake (I averaged 2000 a day last week) and attempt to eat around 1800 a day. Thirdly I am going to reduce restaurant food to twice this week (I ate restaurant food 4 times this past week). So that’s the new stuff.

I’ll continue on with the things I have already been doing: the intermittent fasting, meeting the fiber and protein goals five times a week, continue not to have any desserts, continue meditating every day, don’t order off Amazon and stick to the budget, walk the dog 5 times a week, strength training twice for 30 minutes a session, and running 2 to 4 miles three times. I’d like to lose two pounds again (I lost 2 this past week).
